I've built eCommerce divisions from zero, managed 15-brand portfolios, and scaled revenue by 500% in B2B environments. Fifteen years across startups, enterprise, and government taught me one thing: growth is an operations problem, not a marketing problem.

Today I lead cross-channel strategy for national brands at OMG Commerce, teach four upper-division courses at Mizzou's Trulaske College of Business, and moderate industry panels with leaders from Grainger, Ferguson, and Schneider Electric.
